When I started baking I baked for my children's birthdays, even now as teens, they remember every cake I created, that pure happiness to see what I had made, especially for them. They would request the craziest of designs, things that at that moment meant the world to them.
As a cake designer, I want to be able to create those moments for every person who works with me.
To me its never just cake, its the surprise element, the love, the occasion, everything about having a bespoke cake creates memories you wont forget.
Working exclusively with you allows me to encapsulate everything that's important to make your wish come true.

Recently I attended the Bridgwater Food & Drink Festival. Despite the turn in the weather it was an incredible turn out.
I had incredible cakes sold by the slice, my classic brownie and brookie of course made an appearance, an array of large stuffed cookies with a variety of flavours. last but not least a new bake a take on a millionaires slice
It was amazing to meet so many new people & have so much support.
I cant wait for the next.
